
INTERPRETATIONS
Provide legal consultancy services in relation to interpretation and enforcement of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia applicable laws and regulations.

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS
Review, prepare and compile employment contracts for migrant workers with their employers in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia either companies, trade establishment and personal sponsors in order to protect their rights, employers’ rights and sponsors of house workers in accordance with Saudi Labor Law, residence and passport laws.
DESIGNATED DEPARTMENTS
The office will establish a designated department to follow up and manage this relation in lesion with competent department in the respective migrant worker’s Embassy. Furthermore, we will recruit employees fluent in respective national’s language, English and Arabic to man a 24/7 call center for emergencies.
LEGAL CENTERS
The office will mobilize teams to branch offices to render and cover such services all over Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s area through proper coordination with the respective migrant worker’s Embassy in Riyadh.
REPRESENTATION
Represent any migrant worker including legal services before any government and judicial department in any case related to the individual work employment contract with the employer and follow up with the case and its related transaction before competent departments
ARCHIVE
The office will prepare a complete archive of each migrant worker or employee working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and covered by legal services. Such archive will include the following;
